VRA stands for Virtual Recruitment Agent and is designed to streamline your online recruitment and fill your vacancies fast.
Job Posting Consultants can login to your VRA-powered jobsite and easily create job adverts. Online Application Job adverts then appear on your corporate site, as well as being syndicated across the web. All job applications will be done through the unique job page allowing candidate screening, filtering and data capture.
Job Marketing and XML Syndication The VRA interface then makes it easy to choose the external websites the job will be posted to; Total Jobs, Reed or Fish4jobs for example. Jobs can also be sent to search engines and niche job boards.
The VRA will automatically send jobs to the specified sites every 24 hours, saving time for your consultants.
Candidate Screening Multiple choice screening questions can be assigned to each job advert. Screening questions can be unique for each job and act as a preliminary interview helping to filter innappropriate candidates.
Shortlisting Applicants who answer the screening questions will be able to apply for the job. At this point consultants will be notified, they can also see a candidate shortlist for each job within the VRA admin area. Consultants can also create their own shortlists as well as search the talent bank of registered users.
Candidate Relationship Management Improve your candidate relations by easily sending pre-written template emails to the candidates. These will typically be a ‘rejection’ or ‘invite to interview’ type email.
